There is a photo on your website I love. Can I change the colours and embellishments?

You certainly can! All of our designs are completely customisable and we would love to help you make the style your own.


Am I limited to the designs in your portfolio?

If you can imagine it, we can create it. All of our work is bespoke and the photos in our porfolio are a small sample of the designs we have created for our past customers. If you are looking for something completely custom we would love to hear from you!


Do you only make invitations?

Invitations are only the beginning of what we offer. Have a look at our Services page for more ideas!






Do you have a minimum order quantity or value?

We have no minimum order quanities. We believe everyone should have the option of keepsake worthy stationery, regardless of the size of your event. 

Some invitation options, such as invitations pockets in certain colours or speciality finishes may have minimum quantities imposed by our suppliers or the process, but we will let you know if this will affect your stationery.


How far ahead of my event should I contact you? 

As soon as you have booked your date and know the style/feel you are looking for for your big day! We can start the process as early as you like. Starting well in advance secures your place in our production schedule (there are a few months of each year we are usually fully booked) and allows you plenty of time for working through the design process. Some couples have their proof ready to print months before we need to start, so they can relax about their statonery and focus on other things on their to-do list. When it gets closer to the big day we get in touch to finalise the guest list and details before we start printing. Easy peasy!

Ideally, we like to start wedding invitations 4-6 months before the wedding, but if you have left your stationery to the last minute don't panic! Give us a call and we will be happy to see what options we can provide for you.

We live too far away to meet you in person. Can we still work with you?

Of course! We have worked with couples all over Australia whom we have never met in person. Thanks to technology we can do everything online and over the phone.


Do you do set packages for event stationery?

We don't have set packages for stationery items, as we firmly believe in only choosing the items you need and want for your event. We find that having 'package' pricing doesn't save couples money, as every event is different and having a package that includes items you wouldn't have ordered separately often outweighs the value of any discount. 

Choose what you love for your event and spend your budget where it matters most to you!


Do you offer DIY options?

Definitely. We are happy to put together a DIY option that suits you budget, skills and available time. We stock a HUGE range of gorgeous papers, embellishments and handy tools if you would like to make your own. 

We can also design a 'Printable' for you, which is a personalised file that you can just click the 'print' button on. This is a fanstastic way create your own stationery that still looks professional and amazing, with the cost saving of you doing the printing and assembly.

Another option is to have us design, print and trim flat invitations for you, leaving you to add your own finishing touches such as a bow or embellishment.


Can you personalised each invitation with the names of our guests?

Yes! If you fill out the guest list template we provide with your guests details, there is no additional charge for personalising each invitaiton with your guest's names in digital calligraphy. In fact, we do this on almost all of our invitation orders.


Can I order a sample invitation?

As a part of our design process we provide a digital mock-up of your stationery, that will show you exactly what the finished stationery will look like with all your papers and embellishments. Our clients adore this service, as it allows them to make as many design changes as they would like until they are completely in love with their stationery, without ordering expensive samples they will never use.

If you live to far away to visit our studio, we can post samples of colours and supplies to you as well as sending detailed photographs of the materials for your stationery. As you can see from the photos in our portfolio our finishes are second to none and we are certainly perfectionists when it comes to the assembly. 


Do you print in colour or have special finishing options?

We definitely print in full colour using our digital presses and coloured designs often look stunning on the speciality stocks. We can also offer a variety of unique printing options, such as white ink printing, metallic foil or raised ink. 


How many rounds of proofing are included in your design process?

We want you to love, love, love your stationery! So unlike many other companies, we will have no limit on the number of changes you can make.


How many invitations should I order?

When counting the number of invitations you will need, be sure to factor in that couples and families will each need only one invitation. We find that the number of invitations needed is 55-65% of the number of guests invited (or an average of 3-10 spare invitations). 

Ordering spare/blank invitations can save money, as ordering re-prints costs more per invitation and on some bespoke designs we unfortunately cannot make just a handful more later on, such as orders that include custom pockets or speciality finishes.

When deciding on how many spare invitatons you will need, think about these factors:

  • Could your guest list grow or is it firmly locked in? Could there be anyone you might have missed on your current guestlist?

  • Are there any guests you would like to invite, but due to restrictions on numbers you need to wait to see if you recieve some declined RSVP's, before sending out the extra invitations to these guests?

  • Are you hand writing or having a calligrapher address the invitations and/or envelopes? Extra invitations and envelopes will need to be ordered to allow for errors.

  • Would you like a blank 'keepsake' invitation for your own wedding album?

What types of payment methods do you accept? Do you require a deposit?


We accept payment in person at our studio by cash or EFTPOS, over the phone by credit card (MOTO) or via direct deposit.


A 50% deposit is required before we start work on your digital mock-up and design. The balance is payable prior to printing or shipping, depending on the order.
