The Order Process for our Bespoke Stationery


The first step in getting started is to contact us! You can reach us via the 'Contact' page on this website, email, phone or send us a message on Facebook.

Include a few details such as the number of guests, wedding date, theme/colours, any designs on our website you love and the best way to contact you. 


We will send you a list of everything we need to start the design process, as well as fun things like font choices, wording samples and templates to make this stage really easy for you.

We request a 50% deposit before commencing the design work. Once your deposit and all the requested information come through the design process begins! 


Your order delivery dates will have been discussed during your initial consultation. As a guideline, we 

like to have wedding invitations ready 3 months before the special 



Once your stationery is finished we will call you to arrange collection from our studio or postage to you.

Your invitations will be inside their addressed envelopes, ready for you to seal, stamp and mail!

We can also post your invitations directly to your guests if you prefer. 


The next step is to discuss your ideas, style, theme and inspiration further in a design consultation. We can do this in person at our studio or over email, phone and Facebook. 

Whether you have a million ideas or none to start, by the end of this you will have chosen embellishments, cardstock and design details, using our expertise to combine all your choices into a unique stationery suite.


Yay- it is time to enjoy the design process!

We will put together a 'digital mock-up' of how your finished invitations will look (including all the materials and embellishments) for you to check over and proof read. We then update the mock-up your changes until you are 100% happy with the final proof and have your approval to proceed to print. 


Wow your guests and make your event especially memorable by theming your event with details and 

stationery to match your invitations.

We can design and create almost anything for your event, such as placecards, programs, menus, a large welcome sign, personallised sparklers and bespoke thank you cards with a photo from the special day. 


Our services page lists a few ideas for you, but if you have a unqiue concept we would love to hear it! 


After we chosen the style and materials for your stationery a personalised quote will be put together for your stationery. Once you recieve the quote we can make any upgrades (such as foiling or adding a pocket), remove items or make other changes to suit your tastes and budget. Once the final quote has your approval we move onto the fun part!  


Once your design is finalised your stationery moves into production. Your stationery will be handmade with love and dedicated attention to detail in our studio. 

Production time varies from 2 days to 1 month, depending on the style and processes required to make your stationery absolutely perfect. 

Rush orders are possible, please contact us as soon as possible.
